Based at The Avenue Industrial Park, on the outskirts of Cardiff, we are easily commutable and conveniently located in Pentwyn, just a 5-minute drive from the A48M / M4 motorway with free on-site staff parking.

**The Role**

An opportunity has arisen to join our team in the role of a Client Services Executive.

(this list is not exhaustive)
- Responsible for developing and maintaining exceptional communication with our clients and internal colleagues.
- Supporting the processing of all customer orders into planned jobs.
- Providing administrative support of the planned schedule and material availability.
- Generating system paperwork such as job cards for production instructions and any other instructions that may be relevant such as spreadsheets for accurate and efficient production.
- Retrieving matrix prices and estimate costs.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate personal time management and people skills.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.
- Fluent in English Language (oral and written)

**Shift Patten**

The working hours per week will be 8:30am - 17:00pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

**Remuneration**

Annual salary is based on transferable skills and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
