About the job
Our client is a global alternative legal services provider. They provide lawyers, paralegals, project managers and legal compliance consultants to some of the world's largest brands. Their consultants operate onsite at client's offices as well as offering remotesupport.
Key responsibilities:
Coordination and use of the Global Applicant Tracking System ensuring the ATS is used for generating opportunities and sharing client information.
Work closely with the Recruitment/Ops Consultant and Client Delivery Executives providing regular updates regarding client and consultant opportunities and ensure information is shared.
Ongoing relationship building with consultants, developing a professional network and being knowledgeable of their availability when matching consultants to opportunities with clients.
Negotiate rates/fees and working patterns with consultants and clients to confirm placements.
Manage documentation related to making a placement, working with client on-boarding and consultant agreements to process a role.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring the management of client needs are shared with client service teams and Partners.
Ad-hoc support and coordination of social media activity on social media platforms.
Support with administration, such as consultant on-boarding, IT systems, CV formatting and welcome calls.
Management and scheduling of interviews onsite at client offices, ensuring interview confirmations/details are sent out to consultants in advance of their client interview.
Skills and experience:
The successful consultant will ideally have experience of data base management.
Strong negotiation skills, used to discussing rates/work types with some commercial acumen.
Experience working in a highly regulated and process driven environment is essential.
Knowledge or experience of the legal sector is preferred but not essential.
