Sales Consultant

We are an independent, family-run estate agency with a modern, forward-thinking approach to selling property. Our reputation for personalised service, professional expertise, and genuine passion for property has established us as the number one selling agent in Lancashire.
Due to sustained growth and continued business development, we are looking to recruit a full-time Sales Consultant to join our proactive team based within our Chorley branch.
The role will also involve close contact with our existing clients, including offering guidance and insight to help improve their property's visibility and appeal in the market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively engage with leads and past contacts to generate new property instructions
- Liaise with current clients to provide updates, advice, and recommendations for market positioning
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and valuation leads
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing vendors
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professional guidance
- Work closely with the Valuations team to support business growth initiatives
**About You**:
- Previous sales experience is essential (estate agency experience not required)
- Confident, articulate, and personable with excellent communication skills
- Strong telephone manner and natural ability to build rapport
- Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working on your own initiative
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
**Details**:
- Full-time role based in our Chorley branch.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, Alternate Saturday’s 9:00am - 4:00pm with a day off mid-week when a Saturday is worked.
