We’re on the lookout for a Product Support Specialist to join our multi award-winning solutions and services for education
Our client is a fast growing, innovative software company based in East Yorkshire, with a specific focus to deliver award winning solutions and support to over 4,500 schools and academies within the education sector.
They have been market leaders in payroll, HR and budget planning for over 15 years.
Customer service is at the heart of everything they do and their team love helping, meeting, and talking to their customers. Over three quarters of their employees work in a customer facing role
**What are they looking for?**
Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can learn software systems easily to provide technical support to clients and assist in the setup of systems.
The ability to introduce relevant and essential information to new customers, providing quality service promptly and developing and maintaining a vast knowledge of the products/services, whilst providing a positive customer experience throughout.
They are looking for someone who is keen to learn, be supported and trained by a fantastic team of professionals in order to develop themselves personally and experience opportunities as they grow in the business.
**Key Responsibilities -**
- Take customer calls and raise support tickets
- Training users on the new software in person or over teams, this also includes self-guided training videos and user manuals
- Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
- Help to manage product issues and identify root cause to determine appropriate solutions
- Expected to work to the highest standards to ensure first class service is delivered, whilst ensuring Quality & Regulatory standards are adhered to
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
- Ensure that support tickets are dealt with in accordance with their customer service level agreements

**Qualifications -**
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
