**Senior Internal Communications Manager - Birmingham - 6 Month Contract - £600 Daily**
ARM are looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join their high-profile transport client in Birmingham on an initial 6-month, hybrid basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar role within a corporate setting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Propel positive staff engagement by leading and co-managing effective change communications across each area of the business.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders and directors to deliver internal company messages and views
- Build solid relationships across the organisation, gaining support, buy-in, and sign-off on key internal communications
- Work closely with communications team to build and promote the team's reputation as a strategic advisor
- Promote Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion across the organisation
**Requirements**:
- Able to develop and deliver internal communications that align with strategic business objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong-willed, with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent working knowledge of internal and corporate crisis communications planning and activation scenarios
- Ability to work across multiple campaigns, activities, and projects at one time
- Previous experience within a corporate environment in a similar role.
