**Personal Assistant and Support Specialist**:
Location: Stoke - Hybrid
**Salary**: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

**What you’ll do**
The role of a Personal Assistant & Support Specialist is to provide seamless, reliable, confidential, and proactive administrative PA support to up to three senior leaders within Commercial Operations. Your responsibilities include diary management, arranging and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes), managing people databases/organisation charts and team distribution lists, and making travel arrangements.
- You will prepare, arrange, and coordinate internal and external meetings. Support and coordinate office tours when required.
- You will support administrative duties for the department, including processing organisational structures, managing people moves within HQ, handling internal recognition, uniform and badge approvals, and budget management for the retail estate.
- You will be a focal point of contact for the Heads of assisting in queries as and when required
**Who you are**:
- You will be able to build strong and positive relationships and bring a positive attitude to a high energy and very dynamic and pressured area.
- You will have the ability to think ahead, anticipate issues and respond at speed. Forward planning is essential.
- You will build professional relationships with all PAs across Vodafone UK, Group, and external, ensuring you are approachable to all.
- You will be highly proficient with PC systems including Microsoft Office packages specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- You will be a highly organised self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
