MBA Group are looking for an Accounts Executive/Business Administration Apprentice to support the achievement of MBA’s business goals by adhering to all MBA policies and procedures applicable to your job role and area of responsibility.

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Supervision and utilisation of our ticketing system to answer customer queries
- Manage technical change requests and work with the technical resource required for the completion of changes
- Use agreed reporting suite to produce monthly reports for both clients and MBA Management
- Use reports to generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Support of Mail Smart sales team to include helping with presentations, preparation of materials and questions about the product

Technology;
- Work with industry leading technology and aid its development
- Understand and leverage said technology to help onboard and implement new clients
- Aid with the implementation of H-POD software and learn product to an administrator level

Operational;
- Liaise and work with production to ensure the timely production of output
- Manage internal projects distributed by Team Leader
- Assist with scheduling of certain production processes with the relevant team
- Stock management
- Leverage our MIS system utilisation

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
- Level 3 Business Administration Standard Qualification
- Understand legislation with regard to confidentiality, data protection, and information sharing
- Employment Rights and Responsibilities
- Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
- Functional skills Level 2 Math's and English (if required)
