**Here’s the facts about the role**: As Programme Administrator, you’ll assist in the delivery of VIVID’s development programme, ensuring that our new homes delivery objectives are achieved in accordance with our financial plans and targets.

You’ll assist with the maintenance of accurate new homes programme reports and the housing data held on our systems whilst compiling grant funding claims. You’ll also be responsible for producing monthly performance indicators and other statistics.

You’ll have experience of working in a customer focussed environment with proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines and an understanding of programme management techniques. You’ll demonstrate excellent communications skills with a desire to succeed and want to play a key role in growth here at Vivid.
