Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30

**Responsibilities**:

- System Management
- To review & action all system generated messages in line with MRP settings, production plans and Inventory targets.
- Capture and escalate where item site planning data does not meet business levels or where increased flexibility is needed ensuring master data governance is core to ways of working.
- Ensure all system management (cross functionally) is accurate delivering the correct behaviors
- Undertake ISP reviews and work with procurement to reflect reality within the MRP system.
- Inventory Scheduling
- Raise all Purchase orders when they become due and escalate when they become past due and unable to order.
- Using the MRP system, ensure that all PO/CO lines confirmed for delivery within 72hrs and investigate/report on any overdue deliveries.
- Manage all booking, scheduling and reporting for all inbound deliveries, ensuring PO’s/CO’s are booked as per the due dates.
- To ensure PO due dates and quantities reflect reality, to ensure OTIF process can be followed.
- Generate CO’s on QAD ensuring correct line status is entered and issued to suppliers.
- Inventory Management
- To run raw material & packaging stock shortage reports, highlighting and production risks and issue minutes/actions.
- To manage the return to supplier stock, within the agreed timeframe.
- Coordinate with all pillars of supply chain in co packing activities.
- Trending analysis of repeat offenders for management review
- Investigate material deviations and take corrective actions where necessary
- To minimize production disruption through ensuring the weekly stock shortage items are managed and communicated to the relevant departments.
- Working With the Planning team monitor, communicate and review remelt plans.
- Work closely with Planning, Procurement and Operation teams in tank management, inbound delivery conflicts and associated demurrage claims.
- Work closely with suppliers to build strong working relationships
- Monitor stock holding levels to ensure inventory targets are upheld
- Work with all pillars of SC work to create a robust and reflective OTIF process with RCA on service fails.
- Work closely and build strong relationships with 3PL partner and ensure lead times and stock / status management is controlled and dispute and challenge non-conforming exceptions.
- Reporting
- Preparation towards weekly stock dashboard and associated senior meetings.
- To ensure invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner
- Establish and distribute short-dated stock to wider business and facilitate all corrective actions highlighting areas of risk and counter measures.
- Highlight and raise any internal concessions with the relevant QA team
- To issue weekly inbound delivery schedules to 3PL partner
- Month/year end reporting
- To write/enhance SOP’s for process changes/implementation

- Attend internal & external meetings, as required and complete any actions.

Qualifications:

- Excellent organizational skills and experience in an administrative function.
- Experience in materials management/control processes within a manufacturing environment
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Effective and responsive decision making
- Good knowledge of Excel is required, to assist with maintaining and developing key reporting tools
- Good analytical and numerical skills together with the ability to communicate effectively and build highly effective relationships with key cross functional personnel
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems is desirable
- A natural team player, with a proactive, collaborative approach with an ability to motivate others.
- Ability to cultivate, understand and anticipate the needs of the customer and to provide effective solutions and recommendations.

- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a fast paced dynamic business, handling conflicting demands.
