**Role**:
To support Procurement, Production and Stores to ensure the smooth running of operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing the safe offload of materials and ensuring the correct paperwork is available at point of delivery
- Ensuring stock/materials are labelled and stored in the correct warehouse locations.
- Ensure all received goods are booked on to the company ERP system within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly.
- Ensure stores/warehouse are kept in a good and organised condition.
- Maintaining all stock/material movements in line with current procedures.
- Liaise with the Procurement and Production teams regarding any stock related issues.
- Co-ordinate factory skips, ensuring skips are not overfilled before collection or exchanged before full.
- Coordinate and deliver regular inventory audits/stocktakes.
- Report on stock shortages to Procurement, Production Manager & Deputy Production Manager.
- Return and organise any damaged tools to be either replaced or fixed by the supplier.
- Ensure the factory gas supplies are maintained to the agreed levels.
- Liaise with Procurement regarding orders that have not been received on time or in full.
- Liaise with Procurement when a shortfall in materials has arisen.
- Report any general issues immediately that could affect production.
**Skills required**:
- Computer Literate on Excel, Word etc
- Sage 200 experience but not essential
- Highly organised
- Prioritising own workload
- Excellent time management
- Multi-Tasking
- Communication
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,500.00 per year
