**At 3PLWOW, we provide comprehensive third-party logistics (3PL) services to businesses looking to streamline their stock management and distribution. We manage stock on behalf of our clients, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods from warehouse to wholesale and retail destinations. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock and Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory for one of our valued client companies, ensuring smooth operations from warehouse to store.**

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Fulfilment: Process and manage wholesale orders going out to shops on behalf of our client, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries.
- Pallet Deliveries: Book in pallet deliveries to shops, ensuring correct scheduling and coordination of transport for timely deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Update and maintain both online and physical inventories for the client, ensuring all stock levels are up to date and accurate across platforms.
- Warehouse Stock Control: Track and manage physical stock in the warehouse, ensuring proper organization and accessibility for the client's products.
- Batch & BBE Management: Monitor batches and Best Before Expiry (BBE) dates for all client products, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper stock rotation.
- Stock Audits: Regularly audit stock to reconcile physical and system records, identifying discrepancies and working to resolve them efficiently.
- Communication: Liaise with the client and internal teams to coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns, ensuring all needs are met.
- Reporting: Provide regular stock reports, inventory updates, and forecasts to both the client and senior management.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to the client, responding to stock-related queries and ensuring their satisfaction with the logistics process.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in stock control and inventory management, in a wholesale, logistics, or third-party logistics (3PL) environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of managing batch and BBE dates for perishable goods.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Previous experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is highly desirable.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
