Accounts Receivable Supervisor - Ware Permanent - £30,000 - £35,000 ARM are delighted to be working with a one of our communications specialists in bespoke managed business solutions focused on delivering exceptional client support services. **Responsibilities**: - Managing and supervising the work of two accounts receivable assistants to ensure the smooth functioning of the AR function. - Processing all appropriately approved credits due to customers - Ensuring customer statements of accounts are dispatched on a regular basis. - Chasing customer debts and escalating matters - Processing all customer direct debits on a timely and accurate basis - Ensuring that the AR ledgers are accurate. - Ensuring any DD bounce backs/cancellations are settled and reinstated. - Working with the HOF to help quantify any appropriate bad debt provision each month end. - Providing the HOFPA with weekly updates on the expected week by week collections forecast of the latest AR balance. **Requirements**: - Experience working in an AR function. - Previous experience of a using operating systems such as Dynamics AX - Working in an environment where delivering financial information within tight timescales is a pre-requisite - Excellent organisational skills who is Results/ task orientated, with attention to detail and accuracy This vacancy is being advertised by Advanced Resource Managers.
