Accounts Payable Assistant - Ware Permanent - £25,000 - £30,000 ARM are delighted to be working with a one of our communications specialists in bespoke managed business solutions focused on delivering exceptional client support services. **Responsibilities**: - Process all invoices received from suppliers correctly and accurately to the correct GL codes - Ensure that each invoice processed is tagged for approval - Ensure that payments made to suppliers are processed in the bank and AP ledgers immediately and the payment is matched to relevant invoices and credit notes - Escalating any supplier issues to the relevant department head and the APS - Assisting in the year end audit in relation to all AP queries **Requirements**: - Experience working in an AP function. - Previous experience of a using operating systems such as Dynamics AX - Working in an environment where delivering financial information within tight timescales is a pre-requisite - Excellent organisational skills who is Results/ task orientated, with attention to detail and accuracy This vacancy is being advertised by Advanced Resource Managers.
