Site Services Team Leader

We’re looking for a Site Services Team Leader to join our Score Group team based at our facility in Brighouse.

**About the role**
The Site Services Team Leader acts as the primary point of contact and will develop commercial proposals, produce execution plans, and supervise the team of personnel that deliver the work on-site / offshore. The Team Leader will lead the team of personnel selected for the delivery of the work on-site / offshore.
The Site Services Team Leader will have overall responsibility for all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality aspects of the scopes, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with Score / Customer’s procedures and policies. They will hold responsibility for the commercial management of the scopes ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Primary responsibilities
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Provide onshore technical support for all in-field activities
- Maximisation of all opportunities and development of contractual work scope to continuously improve the working relationships with customer base
- Coordination of the planning process and contract performance to ensure delivery against contractual and internal KPI’s and monthly/quarterly performance meetings
- Attendance at client meetings for planning and preparation including risk assessments, inductions and lessons learned
- Management of all new supply activities including approval of purchase requisitions, documentation (Pro-Arc), maintenance of client specific requirements and resolution QA queries
- Management and reporting of service campaign activities
- Supervision of service delivery teams offshore / on-site.
- Management, planning, preparation, and execution of all service work and compiling of CTR’s, initial work packs and approval / submittal of close out reports
- Approval of all invoicing in accordance with the authorisation limits & financial review of job performance
- Approval, accuracy, and submission of status reports as per client’s requirements
- Submission and checking of monthly or quarterly performance reports as required within the applicable contracts
- Management of work in progress (WIP) and ensuring the document is maintained and up to date all times
- Management and updating of the Score Internal client Contract Management Plans
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business
- Compiling Method statements, job specific risk assessments
- Carry out bolting calculations and generate flange management Workpacks in accordance with customer requirements
- Carry out business development activities in accordance with strategic business plans
- Manage all Site services tooling within Brighouse - review tooling requirements and purchase as required
- Any other reasonable requests to facilitate completion of work
