Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Commercial Support Team Leader to work out of our site in Brighouse.

As the Commercial Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Day-to-day supervision and support to the Commercial Support team adopting a hands-on approach where work volume requires it
- Reviewing existing working practices and suggest new, more efficient ways of working
- Proactively resolving issues or escalating to the Commercial Manager where needed
- Ensuring that all deadlines and financial targets are met in relation to recharge and warranty submission
- To act as the first point of contact for all recharge and warranty queries, working with the Operations Team to understand the query

The successful Commercial Support Team Leader will:

- Be able to demonstrate a high level of Commercial awareness
- Hold previous Supervisory or Team Leading experience with a strong administration background
- Ability to lead and train members of staff
- Be a strategic thinker, able to set long term department strategies in place
