**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for the administration of the Admixture Systems, Watertight and UGC sales order processes. From order receipt through to delivery and invoicing, together with pro-actively contacting customers to ensure full utilisation of the division’s tankers
- Entering orders on SAP, as well as providing support with maintenance of price files within our system and also Salesforce
- You will liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve any customer queries, taking corrective steps if/when problems arise
- Inform relevant sales representatives of any issues with customers, deliveries or credit/accounts receivable
- You will also handle general enquiries and consult with other internal departments to provide customers with information as and when requested
- You will work with the team members and hauliers to ensure the haulage charges are maintained and agreed on both sides, so charges can be posted for payment on a weekly basis
- In addition, you will be involved in other projects as requested by the Team Leader on an ad-hoc basis

**Experience**:

- A highly motivated self-starter, you are able to work well in a multidisciplinary team or on your own initiative
- You have previous experience within a Customer Services role
- You have a good level of education (minimum GCSE’s)
- You have strong IT skills, with the ability to work with MS Office packages, SAP S4 HANA and Salesforce ideally
- You have good commercial awareness and knowledge of business processes
- You have good organisational, interpersonal and team working skills
- The ability to prioritise your workload and manage your customers’ expectations is essential
- You will have an awareness of export procedures and documentation
- Logical thinking and service minded
- Good social and communication skills, with a good representative of MBCC Group

**Salary and Benefits**:
Salary of £27,420 per annum, dependent on experience. You will be working 36.25 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
