Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payouts Administrator located in Swinton. The Payouts Administrator will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include communicating with dealerships and lenders, maintaining records of interactions, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Previous Payouts experience preferred
