**Manager: VP of Project Delivery**

**Role Purpose**:
To be responsible for managing and developing a growing project management team across Carbon Clean’s global locations. Strategic success will be consistent delivery of the team’s projects to plan and increased capability and capacity of the team, in line with the company’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
This team leader position will be responsible for the continued growth of the Project Delivery team, leading the coordination and execution of Carbon Clean’s project portfolio accountable for safe, high quality, on time and budget delivery. Key outcomes of this role include:

- Lead and grow the team of project managers across our global locations
- Ownership of your team’s growth and evolving expertise needs to service Carbon Clean’s increasing number and size of projects
- Oversee execution of assigned projects to the baseline scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy
- Actively promote high quality safety practices for Carbon Clean, our supply chain and clients
- To drive projects manager’s ownership of risk, scope, schedule, budget, execution strategy, reporting and performance
- Promote continuous focus on, and facilitate reviews for safety, risk, lessons learned, benefits, performance, and quality

Experience and behaviours:
To be successful in this role you should have a combination of the below knowledge, skills, and experience:

- Thrive on development and support of the team you lead. This is first and foremost a people management and team leadership role
- Familiarity with EPC type operations and technology equipment package suppliers
- A variety of client facing history
- Working effectively with globally dispersed teams and supply chains
- Delegation of authority to foster autonomous and self-sufficient project leaders within the team
- Ability to maintaining excellence in ambiguous and changing circumstances
- Agile, diplomatic, and hands-on approach to managing technical customer interactions and expectations
- High levels of commercial acumen
