Head of Project Management

**Introducing an exciting opportunity to join Frankham Risk Management Services as Head of Project Management.**:
**Job Summary**:
As part of wider restructuring, FRMS are looking to develop our project management function to better respond to the market we are working in.

As our projects become increasingly multi-disciplinary and multi-faceted, it is clear that there is a need for an enthusiastic and confident senior level Project Manager to lead and grow this critical element of the business.

This role is aimed at an excellent all-rounder with exemplary communication skills across all levels, with a proven track record in project management.

The role is varied, challenging and can be very demanding; you will need to be able to keep a cool head when working under pressure, have a proactive approach, the ability to lead by example and deliver an efficient and effective Project Management service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**

Main Purpose of Job:

- You will be reporting directly to the Head of Fire and collaborating closely with the Heads of all services across both FRMS and FCG in the delivery of all retained (Critical Friend) services, large and small multi-discipline services, resident engagement services and all other bespoke service offerings required.
- Provide support, oversight, audit, monitoring, coaching and structured training to other team members (namely Heads and Deputy Head level), to ensure their business management skills and knowledge are sufficient to protect the needs of FRMS.
- Establish and build effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, internal Frankham teams and other partners.
- Provide operational reporting, performance monitoring and analysis for key client accounts.
- Play an active/upfront role in the planning, mobilisation and ‘go live’ stage of FRMS led projects.
- Provide effective project, business and commercial support to the Head of Fire and FRMS SMT.
- Promote and maintain the core values of the Frankham Group.

**About You**
- Hold a recognised higher-level qualification in project management (essential).
- Hold a degree in Building Surveying, Project Management or equivalent (desirable).
- Working towards chartership status with the RICS, CIOB or equivalent (desirable).
- Be enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and adaptive in the pursuit of achieving the planned business goals and targets.
- Ability to clearly communicate to a high standard both orally and in written form.
- Presents professionally.
- Holds a full UK driving license.
