Bartender/supervisor

We're an independent table service cocktail bar in the heart of Richmond-upon-Thames and we're currently on the lookout for a new full-time supervisor to join our team. This role will be perfect for you if you possess experience in the bar/restaurant sector and would like to take the next step to running (quieter) shifts on your own. Cocktail experience isn't necessary as we love to teach, personality, drive, speed and an eye for detail is everything.

So Bar Richmond is an independent table-service cocktail bar and restaurant in the heart of Richmond-upon-Thames. We're looking for a new bar supervisor to bring their zest, skills and personality to an already strong and passionate team.

Our kitchen offers true Spanish tapas, pinchos and paellas from the Valencian region.

**So, who are we looking for?**

**If you are**
- Passionate about food and drinks and have a good knowledge of the industry
- The ability to engage with guests and locals alike and ensure that the vibe is on point at all times.
- Up to date in UK licensing, food hygiene and health and safety legislation
- You are able to work with th assistant and general manager to ensure that training and service standards are met.
- Located close enough to Richmond to make the commute home. We close at 1am on weekend evenings
- Clued up on cocktails and the methods behind them. It isn't about how many you know it's how well you make them. _This skill is preferred but not essential, we love to teach._
- Keen to learn, grow and you have an eagerness to pass that knowledge on to your team
- Experienced in a customer facing hospitality role. Minimum of 1 year.

Stated wage is based on a mix of service charge and base pay.

**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
