**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic waiter / bar staff to join our dynamic team in a warm friendly country style pub environment. As a waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall restaurant environment.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.

**Skills**
- Strong leadership abilities to guide junior staff when necessary is essential for the supervisor role
- Experience in bartending or waitering is advantageous.
- Familiarity with culinary practices and food preparation techniques.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
