Working out of the Lacock Estate Office the Business Support Coordinator(s) provide essential support to the property portfolio (Lacock, The Courts Garden, Great Chalfield Manor, Westwood Manor). This role is part of a job-share running the Estate office and performing day to day duties, whilst having a focussed role in supporting the General Manager and Leadership Team.

What you'll be doing:The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you’ll have to love variety. As well as supporting day to day operations, you’ll have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team. You’ll always champion best practice when it comes to business support, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’s a better way of doing something.

This role has an element of shared duties with the Business Support Co-ordinator (Facilities) so the post holder will need to work well in partnership, have strong communication skills and a clear and concise way of working. The specialist elements of this role require excellent communication skills, particularly in written form and experience of creating internal communications. Experience/proven ability to liaise with stakeholders and senior management are required.

- Has advanced IT Skills
