**AJ Chambers is working with Top 10 accountancy practice who are looking for qualified auditors to join their Commercial Due Diligence Team. The role is based in their London office and will focus on the TMT sector.**

The Advisory team provide a wide variety of services that deliver value-led advice and outcomes. They have an in-depth knowledge of business, industry sectors and markets and understand the constantly changing risks and opportunities at the heart of theirclients’ affairs. The team work across strategy, operations and improvement as well as at a transactional and defined project level.

**What will you be doing?**

You’ll be an Strategy/CDD Associate focused on project delivery, as well as helping with Business Development. You’ll be expected to be able to interact with clients, as well as review the TMT deals market for potential targets and subsectors of interest.You will also:

- Analyse: Deliver analysis relevant to strategy and CDD projects, lead modules of work
- Manage: Help manage risk through an engagement, flag issues early and seeks senior help promptly
- Develop: Contribute to business development
- help with proposals and contribute in pitches, build network
- Collaborate: Work with M&A and other teams to win and deliver work
- Contribute: Other roles will include contributing to practice development and growth of team e.g. helping with thought leadership

**What are they looking for?**
- Strategy Consulting and/or CDD experience: Ability to lead a module of work, pragmatically solve problems and with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- TMT sector experience: TMT sector experience would be preferred or you may have worked on related internal projects or have relevant postgraduate qualification or have relevant previous career in the sector
- Business Development experience: Ability to demonstrate knowledge of market changes and potential impact on clients, strong client communication skills and ability to develop rapport
- Team Player: Ability to ask for help from senior team when needed, as well as contribute more widely to running the team and to BDO
