An international consulting firm, newly established in the UK market, is seeking a Consultant to join its expanding Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) team.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing UK practice within a globally recognised strategy and advisory business. The team primarily focuses on the Technology, Media & Digital Infrastructure sector, with significant exposure to cross-border projects and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of commercial due diligence and strategy projects for corporate and private equity clients
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer research to support strategic recommendations
  • Contribute to client presentations and reports with clear, data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with colleagues across international offices on multi-country engagements

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial due diligence, transaction advisory, or strategy consulting
  • Prior exposure to the TMT sector is desirable, though not essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to work in an entrepreneurial environment
