We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Commercial to join a dynamic and expanding international Grocery retailer & delivery service to build and manage the end-to-end business processes.

You will be responsible for driving the Commercial strategy to ensure the growth in both sales & profitability while maintaining a strategic business focus to ensure continued development of the brand and company standards. As the Head of Commercial someof your duties will include;
- Plan & deliver the UK commercial strategy
- Full accountability for product pricing, promotion, range, competition, and merchandising plan across the online and offline stores
- Building & maintaining strong relationships with senior management team in the UK & internationally
- Responsible for mentoring, developing and managing the commercial team to ensure individuals fulfil their individual career potential
- Lead Commercial projects that enhance and improve business practices
- Working collaboratively with the International teams
- Responsible for ensuring the Commercial & Financial success in the UK market
- Analysing sales & P&L figures to plan successful future decisions

Key requirements for the role;
- Must speak Mandarin
- Proven previous experience as Commercial Manager or similar within a fast-moving FMCG / Food / Retail environment
- Have the passion and drive to succeed
- Previous full P&L responsibility
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with suppliers & managing contracts
- Able to adapt swiftly in a fast paced, ever changing retail market.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
