**Summary**

We are seeking an Administrator to join our team at Rospal Fencing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of our operation. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service and efficiency.

**Shift**
- 8am until 4pm, 30 minutes dinner

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow; including customer contact, reception, invoicing and estimates.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Assist with data entry tasks and manage databases effectively. At Rospal we use Xero you will trained in-house on how to use this system.
- Support the team with clerical duties as needed, including scheduling appointments.
- Organise office supplies and maintain a tidy work environment.
- You will report to the site manager, operations manager, and work closely with the fencing department.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of office-based packages i.e. Word and Excel.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm

Pay: From £1,269.84 per month

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
