**Job Title**: Warehouse Administrator / Receptionist
**Location**: Wigan Central
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (20 hours per week)
**Salary**: £12.21 per hour
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a friendly and organised Administrator / Receptionist to join our team in Wigan Central. In this key role, you will manage our front desk and provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they sign in and are directed appropriately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, including trips to the post office as needed.
**Administrative Support**:
- Order uniforms and other supplies as required.
- Print clock cards and assist with maintaining records.
- Support the HR Manager with general administrative tasks.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception and office environment.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and assisting team members.
- Ability to travel to the post office when required.
