Mercure Aberdeen Caledonian Hotel is currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our Team. We are looking for talented people who have a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a desire to learn and grow within our team.

You will join a talented and loyal restaurant team who are dynamic and experienced in delivering the highest level of service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in accordance with our standards.
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in all food and beverage service areas, including the kitchen and bar.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Assist in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests, making their experience memorable.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and comply with all relevant regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests.
