**The Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen** is seeking an **F&B Supervisor** to play an integral part in our Food and Beverage management team. In this position you will work closely with Food and Beverage Manager ensuring a high standard of customer care is maintained at all times, supervising both the service and the team.
**As F&B Supervisor your Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Maintain the agreed standard of service and cleanliness set by the Food and Beverage Department.
- Ensure be responsible for the float, cash transactions, up-selling during the shift.
- To assist in the planning and organisation of all Food & Beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure its smooth running.
- To work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently at all times.
- To ensure that outstanding customers service is offered to our guests at all service points, both from an individual and management perspective.
- To attend any meetings as requested by your line manager.
- Participating in the Duty Manager rota as required.
**What we are looking for**:
- People management experience, particularly within the Food and Beverage industry would be advantageous.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional approach.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience working with payments.
- Experience of Micros computer system.

The Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen, is a beautifully maintained historic building situated in the heart of Aberdeen’s West End and provides convenient access to surrounding areas. The hotel offers 87 bedrooms, all with modern amenities.
