Boil and Broth Ltd is a fast-moving business in North Dorset producing and selling bone broth for pets and humans. This is an exciting time to join our business and we expand further into new territories.
# Job Overview
# Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks such as order processing, using online systems such as Royal Mail. Shopify, Wordpress, raising supplier orders, assisting administration for production and sales staff, filing, and document management
- Using Xero and HubDoc.
- Support the team with various administrative duties as required
- Data entry and database updates
- Printing, filing and managing the company inbox.
- Order checking and production admin support
- Assisting in the general administration duties for the company.
# Experience
##
**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in administration and office software
- Experience with accounting software and financial services
- Tech savvy, and desired familiarity with systems such as Xero, Shopify, Wordpress and Royal Mail
This position offers an exciting opportunity for an organised individual with a keen eye for detail to contribute to our administrative functions.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £23,887.50 per year
Expected hours: 12 per week
