**We are currently recruiting for a Senior Bartender for our Monmouth Kitchen restaurant, located within our 4 Star Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel.**

**Overview**:

- An amazing opportunity to join Monmouth Kitchen Restaurant as a Senior Bartender. This vibrant restaurant is located within our 4 Star Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel.
- You will be working a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of our kitchen brands and our Edwardian Hotels standards.

**About You**:

- Previous bar tender experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation is essential.
- Demonstrates excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
- Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and food trends.
