We are looking for our **Senior Bartender**:

- Who responds quickly to take orders and meticulously prepare drinks
- Who ensures our bar runs a smooth service that makes our guests want to return
- Who is an excellent leader and inspire
- Who can provide training to the team members
- Who has a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits
- Who is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
- Who shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care

**Previous experience as a Bartender is essential.**

As our **Senior Bartender**, you will receive:

- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) - these increase with service
- Salary**:£13.50 per hour plus service charge**:

- Two meals per day, every day (including days off if you wish to come in)
