We are looking for an experienced Senior Bartender to join our team in Marylebone

Proud to be listed in the Michelin Guide, our dedicated team helps us fulfil our dream of leading the Mexican food scene. Preparing speciality ingredients using traditional cooking techniques, we serve delicious, unique food with exceptional flavours to guests from the City to the West End.

**The main responsibilities and skills for the Senior Bartender would be:**

  • Mixing high quality cocktails (good knowledge of Mezcal and Tequila cocktails preferable);
  • Training new members;
  • Excellent standards in Health and Safety;
  • Experience in fast paced and busy bar.

**Basic salary including tronc up to £17 per hour depending on experience**
