Our Client is a mezcal-sipping, music-loving, Oaxacan-led cocktail bar and kitchen in the heart of Shoreditch. With a curated agave menu, seasonal small plates, and Funktion-One sound, they are not just serving drinks—they are crafting experiences.

They are looking for a Senior Bartender who brings precision, personality, and passion to every pour. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, music-fuelled environment and knows how to make guests feel seen, heard, and delighted.

What You'll D

o

  • Lead the bar team in delivering exceptional service and cocktails with flair and consistenc
  • yCraft and serve mezcal-forward drinks, including signature and classic cocktail
  • sEducate guests and team members on agave spirits and curated mezcal lis
  • tSupport stock management, ordering, and supplier relationship
  • sUphold hygiene, safety, and licensing standard
  • sCollaborate with the management and Head Chef on pairings, specials, and event activation
  • sMentor junior bartenders and contribute to team developmen
