**The Role**
**BASE LOCATION**: Bellshill (Hybrid)
**SALARY**: From 22K - 25K. Depending on skills and experience
**WORKING PATTERN**: Permanent I Full-time (35 hours per week)

The role is office based for initial 3 months then moving to a hybrid model. The expectation is that the team member must be self-motivated and able to learn the stack of products to a basic support level through a mix of methods including internal training, user guides, and hands on practice.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responding to client inbound cases and understanding their issues with the goal to resolve first line issues same day.
- Information gathering for 2nd line cases and handover to 2nd line.
- Meet Kick SLAs for case response time.
- Assisting 2nd line support with site connections.
- Keeping customer information up to date within the internal systems.
- Ad hoc internal admin projects.
- Ensure customers are happy with the service they have received.
- Maintain a high level of personal product knowledge, requesting additional training as required.
- Build good working relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.

**What do I need?**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer focused and able to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
- Excellent problem solving ability.
- Previous experience working in a customer facing or customer service type role.
- Basic knowledge of Office products such as Excel, Word, Teams (or similar).
- Self-motivated and a quick and independent learner.
- Some knowledge of accounting procedures (payment runs, entry of POs, etc.), financial reporting and processing requirements.
- Past use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems would be beneficial.
