**Daily Duties**:

- Supporting the Service Desk in a 1st/2nd Line capacity
- Supporting clients on-site with technical issues and project work
- Collaborating with your team and the escalation team to find a resolution for your clients
- Maintaining and supporting your client's infrastructure
- Shift work

**Tech Stack**:
