Blue Arrow have an great opportunity available an experienced Line Leader for a well established production company based in Bellshill.Monday - Friday5.15am - 2.45pm£13.68 per hourThe successful candidate's Main Duties and responsibilities:*Evaluating production plans and setting up the production line accordingly.*Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks.*To check that all operations on the line are being carried out following specifications and standard working procedures.*Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.*Identifying and resolving production line problems promptly.*Performing recordkeeping tasks, including line throughput, efficiencies, and order planning.*Training and supervising new production line workers.*Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.*Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.*To provide routine progress updates and escalate areas of concern to the Production Manager.*Undertaking training as instructed within Company training plans to develop skills applicable to specific functions.*Adhering to the Company's Health and safety policy and showing a diligent approach to safety matters within the factory areasThe main requirements for this role are:*Experience as a line leader is prefe...
