**Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Utilise Google Suite and for various administrative functions, including document creation and financial tracking.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Assist in clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents to ensure smooth office operations.
- Organise and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available for staff.
- Support the team with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required, ensuring all information is presented clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the office.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical functions.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £17,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
Additional pay:
