**Key Responsibilities for Administrator**:
- Scheduling jobs for the surveyor
- Liaising with clients to book in jobs
- Contract management of large accounts with clients
- Managing diaries of fire risk assessors and consultants
- Day to day communication with surveyors onsite ensuring that access is provided to properties and KPIs are being kept to.
- Invoicing
- Managing direct labour and sub-contractor surveyors and operatives onsite
- Managing jobs through our bespoke sales force scheduling software
- Frequent reporting into line manager
**Skills required**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT Skills
- Competent with the use of Word, Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident on the phone
