**JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant (to the CEO)**

**HOURS: 38 hours per week (Mon - Thurs: 8hrs/ Fri: 6 hrs
- finish early)**

**SALARY: Competitive**

**LOCATION: Hingham, Norfolk (NR9) - Office based role**

**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced **Personal Assistant** to join a fast-paced, busy team, who works collaboratively to provide exceptional support to the CEO. This role will also support the Executive Team where applicable and the day to day runningof a busy office.

This is a varied position which will also cover other office duties including ordering of office goods, being the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls, sorting and distributing post, and supporting departments with administrative dutieswhen required.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Provide confidential support to the CEO acting with discretion and integrity at all times
- Organise and maintain management of Outlook diaries, assessing priority of diary appointments when necessary
- Provide high quality administrative duties to the CEO and the Executive Team
- Provide support for a wide range of meetings. This will include preparing meeting papers ahead of the scheduled meetings, including creating reports and PowerPoint presentations, taking minutes and following up on action points
- On occasions, represent the CEO at both internal & external meetings
- Manage all travel arrangements (UK and international) for staff, and manage the relationship with our chosen external travel provider
- Assist and help to roll out staff perks (including the Office Christmas Party)
- Have an excellent understanding of the functions each service provides and build strong relationships with staff
