This role will also support the Executive Team where applicable and the day to day runningof a busy office. This is a varied position which will also cover other office duties including ordering of office goods, being the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls, sorting and distributing post, and supporting departments with administrative dutieswhen required. The main responsibilities will include: - Provide confidential support to the CEO acting with discretion and integrity at all times - Organise and maintain management of Outlook diaries, assessing priority of diary appointments when necessary - Provide high quality administrative duties to the CEO and the Executive Team - Provide support for a wide range of meetings.
