The group presents creative and effective solutions to many types of ground engineering problems in a wide range of sectors such as Residential, Industrial, Commercial and Civil Engineering and Mining

We are looking for **Ground Workers/Site Technician’s** to deliver specialist Geopolymer injection services.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting the site supervisors in the delivery of specialist Ground Engineering techniques
- General site Labouring, Resin injection, drilling, coring, surveying
- Ground testing, defect identification
- General warehouse assistance
- Loading/unloading vehicles
- Delivering vehicles
- Compiling site documentation and taking project records
- Operating drilling and grouting rigs and machinery

**Requirements of the Ground Worker/Site Technician**:

- Attention to detail
- Able to work outside
- Understanding of how buildings are constructed
- Be from a construction background
- Flexible to working hours
- Have a professional and positive manner
- Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Able to work on own as well as in a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills, both spoken and written
- CSCS card essential
- Full driving licence essential
- If you have an HGV 1 or 2 licence that would be an advantage
- Clean, tidy appearance always

**Shifts & Pay**:

- These roles are permanent for the right people
- Monday to Friday, 45 hours a week
- Salary is between £27,500 to £29,500 depending on experience
- Crew members can be staying away 2 to 4 nights a week
- The role does require nationwide travel with accommodation and daily travel allowance provided
- £40 per night paid for staying away
