**Trainee Site Accountant - Hull - Competitive salary**

Chase & Holland are excited to be exclusively working with a FMCG organisation who are leaders within their industries. They are recruiting a Trainee Site Accountant to join their friendly finance team on a permanent basis to work closely with the Finance Director to produce reports and analysis of departmental labour alongside other key site KPIs. **Trainee Site Accountant Responsibilities**:

- Produce and interrogate KPI reports for group to review
- Analyse departmental yields
- Produce labour KPI reports to gain insight
- Posting labour reports to the monthly P&L
- Liaise with site managers to discuss financial information for cost savings
- Support with the month end process including P&L and variance analysis
- Further development of the management reporting process to align departmental targets with site financial targets/objectives

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience within a finance background
- Analytically minded and enjoys getting under the numbers
- Ability to work independently or as part of the team
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to proactively maintain data
- Must be IT literate including knowledge of excel
