On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month contract based in London.

Purpose of the Role is to:
Design and delivery of a prototype for a risk and cashflow model, working closely with the Catalyst Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and an Investment Analyst (with strong programming capabilities). This will involve eliciting and documenting business requirementswith the Catalyst SLT and monitoring the progress of the delivery of the business requirements by the Investment Analyst within the timelines of the Programme.

Design and delivery of an operating model for Deal Monitoring, working closely with the Catalyst Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and any development teams required to deliver the solution. This will involve eliciting and documenting business requirements withthe Catalyst SLT and monitoring the progress of the delivery of the business requirements by the development teams within the timelines of the Programme.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Analysis and solution design.
- Documenting business requirements and operating models.
- Tracking progress of delivery against a plan and reporting its status to the Project Manager.
- Supporting with testing of the delivery.
- The delivery of the operational initiatives designed to enhance the existing operating model to drive scale and efficiency.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the asset management industry, ideally with experience in private assets.
- Knowledge / experience of:

- Business analysis including requirements, process reengineering and procedures.
- Change management, tracking progress against a plan, RAID management.
- Problem solving and solution design.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- BA/SME experience in Risk Analytics or Front Office functions for modelling instruments.
- Knowledge of pricing and risk models. Modelling of instruments and understanding of associated risk factors.
- Experience/knowledge of private assets and the reporting/accounting and documenting business requirements to document data and solution.
