EFM Fleet Services Ltd is a well-established Fleet Management company that offers its customers a comprehensive service and due to expansion, EFM Fleet Services are looking to recruit a **Repair Desk/Breakdown Controller **based at our Head office, located at Sharston, Manchester M22 4TE.

Full training will be given but the ability to multitask, manage, and prioritise your workload will be beneficial, This role comes with a good progression opportunity and will give the right person a great overview in multiple areas of our business.

Support will never be far away but you will be working under your own supervision most of the time once trained.

**The Repair Desk/Breakdown Controller will have the following tasks **
- Manage incoming workloads and defects, showing ability to prioritise various defects and log in busy periods.
- Ensure all calls are answered and resolved correctly
- Ensure work is allocated to the most cost-effective solution available.
- Assist in reasonable office administration when required.

**Skills required for a Repair Desk/Breakdown Controller**
- Previous phone-based customer service experience
- Ability to meet specific deadlines.
- A committed and flexible approach, excellent customer services
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Display enthusiasm and commitment, willing to own problems and take responsibility.
- Good attention to detail and understanding of the importance of accurate and thorough data capture.
- Good computer skills, and the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams will be required in the role.

**Desirable Quality’s**
- Driving license, given the location and potential working hours.
- Good approach to learning new skills, a willingness to excel in all areas of the business
- Background in a service advisor role or simular

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
