The post holder will be responsible for the provision of effective and accurate administrative support for theCYPprogramme (The Children and Young People's Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Program) inChild and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure that allCYPquestionnaires and outcome measures are completed by clients and clinicians and inputted onto the relevant IT system. The administrator will work across CAMHS teams in the borough and will assist the CAMHS Performance Team andCYPLead to ensure the smooth functioning of all data collection, entry and reporting relating to the implementation of outcome measures.

The post holder will be part of the CAMHS administrative team will also provide cover for the administrative team where appropriate.

We are looking for an experienced administrator who has worked in a similar senior admin role. They will provide effective and efficient administration support to the Performance team and contribute to the smooth functioning of the systems underpinning the service.

Based within a busy environment, the post holder will have responsibility for providing a confidential, professional, efficient and responsive administrative support service including supporting the lead, collating figures and producing reports.

The post holder will be need to be professional, well-organised, team orientated, experienced and highly motivated to join our multi-disciplinary team.
