The role - Customer Service/Sales Administrator
Location - Eurocentral, North Lanarkshire
Salary - £20-22K depending on experience
Hours - 8.30-17.00
Office Angels Stirling have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join a successful Construction Design/FM company based at Eurocentral.
Hours of work:
- Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 5pm with an earlier finish on Friday. The role will be based within our client's premises and there is onsite parking available.
**What you'll do**:
Be the first point of contact for escalations and be able to take reasonable steps to resolve the issue within agreed timescales and in a professional manner
Liaise with Engineers and Contractors to schedule works
Ordering relevant materials
Updating job sheets
Develop a good knowledge of products and services and client base
All round administration support function
Managing various diaries and scheduling appointments for Engineers
Liaise with various departments to ensure customer queries and scheduled works are dealt with in a timely manner
Sourcing specialist contractors as required
**What you'll need**:
Proficient in MS Office (particularly Outlook and Excel)
Customer oriented attitude
Excellent administration support skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to multi-task
Must be a focused and organised individual
Previous experience of working in a similar role within a Construction/Housebuilder/Maintenance arena (desirable)
This role will suit confident and articulate individuals who are keen to deliver the highest levels of customer service together with the provision of first-class administration support
