The role - Sales Administrator
Location - Eurocentral, North Lanarkshire (on-site parking)
Salary - £22-25K depending on experience
Hours - 8.30-17.00 (with an earlier finish on Friday)
Office Angels Glasgow have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a successful Construction Design/FM Company based within Eurocentral business park.

What we are looking for
- Previous Customer Service/Administrative experience
- A confident communicator who thrives within a reactive role and can handle incoming queries
- Proven experience of working to strict deadlines
- Proficiency with the MS office suite
What you'll do:

- Be the first point of contact for escalations and be able to take reasonable steps to resolve the issue within agreed timescales and in a professional manner
- Liaise with Engineers and Contractors to schedule works
- Updating job sheets
- Diary management for Engineers
This role will suit confident and articulate individuals who are keen to deliver the highest levels of customer service together with the provision of first-class administration support
