**GOODS IN COORDINATOR - OFFICE BASED**
The role of **Goods In Coordinator** sits in our spectacular People team where you will control and manage all aspects associated with Goods-in and the back of house storage, repository and archive operations and provide support to the Reception team.
- Day to day as a _**_Goods In Coordinator:_**
- Receive, log and co-ordinate incoming deliveries into the building, informing and distributing to the relevant departments and colleagues
- Process & monitor outgoing deliveries via various external courier services and the Joules distribution centre, ensuring deliveries reach their destination within the expected time frame & keeping colleagues informed at all relevant stages
- Monitor security and manage access to the back of house areas of the office
- Manage general housekeeping and safe access around back of house areas of the office
- Monitor stock levels for stationery & consumables for the business and order supplies as needed
- Support Reception & Goods in team leader with management of samples archive (including organising, inventory & disposal of samples)
- Provide support and absence cover at reception when required
- Carry out Fire Marshal role for back of house areas and provide support and cover for the Evacuation Controller role.
- Deliver First Aid assistance as necessary (full training to be provided).
- Assist with fire and safety related testing and inspections of the building.
- What we need you to have:_
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Experience and confidence working with Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- High level of attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with all departments and levels within the business
- Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Confidence to work well independently, without close supervision & prioritise own workload
- Reliable with patience, professionalism and good time management skills.
