Managing a team of Digital Trading Executives, you will be responsible for ensuring that successful commercial results are achieved through optimisation of the digital customer experience, conversion and delivery of sales.

Your main responsibilities as the Digital Trading Manager will include:

- Lead the team to deliver best-in-class web merchandising, through effective planning and prioritisation
- Develop & Implement the Digital trading strategy in-line with the overall commercial development plans
- Management of Digital trading budgets for specific projects
- Take ownership of delivering the key metrics
- Planning the future Digital Trading Activities calendar
- Work cross functionally to ensure online performance continually grows
- Using Customer insight & Analytics tools to develop successful trading plans
- Working seamlessly across the business, especially the general Trading, Marketing and wider Digital teams
- Maintaining relationships with internal & external partners to continuously improve, innovate and maximise both products and profitability

Key requirement for the role:

- Previous experience of Digital trading/ within fast paced Retail / B2C Ecommerce industry is essential
- A solid holistic understanding of the Digital landscape and wider retail environment.
- Highly numerate with the ability to analyse and present insights to stakeholders and senior management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
- Previous team management and coaching of direct reports including personal development and succession planning
